At BigHatStore, we want to ensure your headwear fits perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Hat

Place the hat securely in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all original tags are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
